Who we are

ScorePlex is made by Ivan Bilchenko in Ukraine. Write to privacy@scoreplex.app about anything on this page.

What we collect

• Your email address.
• Your answers in the form: the sports you follow and whether you would pay for smart alerts.
• The language of the page and the site or campaign that brought you here.
• When you signed up.

The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or third-party scripts.

Why

To tell you when the beta opens and when the app launches, and to count the answers so we can decide what to build. We rely on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR; consent under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection"). We never sell or share your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it is kept

On our server in Helsinki, Finland (Hetzner Online), with encrypted backups in Cloudflare R2. The site and the form pass through Cloudflare, which protects them from attacks. Both act only on our instructions.

We have not sent any emails yet. The service we use to send them will be listed here before the first one, and every email will have a link to unsubscribe.

How long

Until 12 months after the app launches, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Deleted data leaves our backups within 7 days.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it or withdraw your consent at any time by writing to privacy@scoreplex.app. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in Ukraine, that is the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
